Our assistance manager and production manager supervise the daily safety production duties. Production manager and safety officer carry out various production management, education and promotion activities, and resolve safety production responsibilities to each department and staffs. Safety lectures were carrying out each week to reinforce the safety consciousness for every single staff.
Before arranging of any production, a safe quality control assurance direction was command to provide a safe environment for both personnel and asset aspects.

A “Three Don’ts” policy to follow by management level, that is:
- Don’t command against regulations
- Don’t multi-command, and
- Don’t bypass leadership when commanding

For the operation team, they need to obey the safety rules in work place; such as no drinking on duties, need to sign off during sick and to fulfill all company’s regulations.
